Common Errors

Desktop starts but Cloud Sync does not update

Check API connectivity, token validity, workspace selection, proxy rules, and local logs.

Integration cannot connect

Verify credentials, management interface reachability, TLS policy, firewall rules, and connector support in the current release.

Agent appears in the wrong workspace

Review the enrollment token used during setup. Re-enroll with the correct workspace token if required.

Local visibility is missing

Confirm the app has the required local permissions and that endpoint policy is not blocking telemetry collection.
